The entire Europe Zone Team traveled to London on November 1st to celebrate a fraternal meeting with the Guides of the National Coordination of the United Kingdom.
On November 2nd they meet in the parish halls of the Church Of Our Lady and St Joseph in London to share a few moments of greetings, prayer and reflection in this warm and fraternal Day with Guides from the different local Coordinations.
The Guide’s prayer has been the central theme connected with the commitments of “being Guides”. What does each paragraph of the Guide’s prayer challenge each person?
At 3 p.m. they celebrated a beautiful Eucharist of thanksgiving officiated by the priest Fr. Julio, a priest of Colombian origin who completed his seminary studies in England.
In his homily the love for the spirituality of the PLW and the great support he gives to the Guides residing in London was perceived.
Afterwards they had a festive sharing, an agape and contact between brothers of the same spirituality.
The Europa Zone team was able to chat with all the attendees and learn about their concerns and their projects within the PLW Family.
The meeting ended with a profound letter from the new National Coordinator Thoria King to the Guides, since she could not be there because she was in Zanzibar with her family.
The Lord has been great with us and we are happy!!
