Our 7th Retreat for Guides “Pray with the Psalms” took place this weekend – September 20 and 22, 2024 at the Flos Carmelli Spirituality Center, in the city of Mairiporã SP. Brazil. It had the participation of 44 Guides and our beloved Maristella Carvalho was the Animator of the Retreat that ended with the Celebration of the Word carried out by Sister María José, prioress of the House. The event was organized by CL Jundiaí belonging to NBO2, WEST ZONE BRAZIL.

“Yahweh is my light and salvation. Whom will I fear? ”
This was a very calm and reflective Retreat for me, participating twice in a row, seeing the same content, showed me that grace is not repeated, it is always new and works wonders in our minds and hearts.
The entire content of this Retreat reinforced in me gratitude for the tender and gratuitous love of my Lord and Father, with the certainty that He allows trials, as a way of molding my spirit and guiding me, so that I become more every day. humble knowing that I am His and that He takes care of me even in the smallest details.
I feel his presence with me all of him, but I confess that this Retreat really has a renewing effect. I leave here invigorated, feeling free and happy to continue with much love, my evangelizing mission. Today I began my notebook of Psalms. I thank everyone for the effort to make this Retreat possible, may the Lord himself be your reward.
