The Prayer and Life Workshops PLW of Nicaragua successfully celebrated their 2024 National Assembly, held on August 23, 24 and 25 under the inspiring motto: “Bonfires Shining on the Night of San Juan.” This motto resonates deeply in the current context, evoking the need to keep faith alive in an increasingly paganized world, where it is crucial that more people, convinced and vibrant by Jesus, light bonfires of hope in the darkness of humanity.
The National Assembly was attended by the Local Teams of the Coordinations of Managua 1, Managua 2 and Chinandega. Also, the Guides responsible for the Nuclei in Formation of Estelí, Matagalpa, Rivas and Carazo joined in, who experienced moments of deep emotion and spiritual renewal.
During the event, the brothers and sisters present renewed their commitment to the Lord and to the work of Father Ignacio Larrañaga, founder of PLW, reaffirming his evangelizing mission. With great fervor, the participants committed to continue bringing the light of Christ to every corner of the country, lighting bonfires of faith in the midst of darkness and keeping the legacy of PLW alive in Nicaragua.
This National Assembly not only strengthened the bonds of brotherhood among the members of PLW, but also fanned the flame of service and evangelization, reaffirming their dedication to the work entrusted to them by Father Larrañaga.
