RETREAT. JESUS CENTRE OF LIFE
In this National Coordination of Southern Spain there were two important celebrations last May.
One has been the Annual Retreat, JESUS CENTRE OF LIFE, held on the 13th, 14th and 15th of May. This retreat was given at El Puerto de Santa Maria (Cadiz).
In this beautiful retreat the guides were able to look at Jesus, listen to His words, meditate on His reactions. It has been an unforgettable experience. Walking with Jesus, is already an experience, but deepening, living and experiencing His abandonment and detachment in silence and solitude, has actually been like touching His “unconditional love”, that which never departs or surrenders despite setbacks.
The place of the retreat, right by the sea and with a lot of space for solitude, helped to live that silence, full of love, where the Encounter takes place. “Everything has been joy and tenderness with our brothers. To be able to be reunited in these difficult times is a gift that fills us with gratitude,” is what the participants said an the end of the retreat.
SENDING FORTH MASS
Another celebration has been the Sending Forth Mass of a new guide, Amparo Cabrera Penada, in the Local Coordination of Jaen, on the 21th of May.
We wish this new sister abundant blessings in this mission to which the Lord has called.
