CECOC, European Capuchin Conference of Central and Oriental Europe, has invited the Prayer and Life Workshops to the celebrations of their events which took place in Bratislava (Eslovaquia) from the 21st to the 25th of October. Present at this event were Maria Eugenia Toro, International Cordinator, Carlota Franco, International Secretary and Lorena Rodriguez, European Zone Coordinator. They had the chance to interact with the Capuchin President, Provincial Ministers, Delegates and Custodians of 13 countries, along with the Trainer (Formator) and General Advisor of the Capuchin Order.
The aim of this invitation was the Capuchin´s interest in having a closer look and learning more about the PLW and the various services this organisation offers the Church, and in that way have a closer apporach with PLW and look at a future collaboration in order to be able to establish PLW in different countries in the European Zone. Present in this event were three Capuchin Guides as well, belonging to a recently formed Nucleus in Cracovia-Polonia, in order to give a testimony of the experience and expansión process of the PLW which intitiated in this country.
We thank God for allowing us to be able to take part in these Capuchin Events, as we feel so very closet to their Spirituality and Fraternity. Our hope is that this encounter will give great fruits in the future.
